PREFAB HOME- TURNING DESIGN TO REAL

Making the international cooperation feasible, we need to think about the following issues ahead.
Description
PROBLEMS TO CONSIDER IN TURNING DESIGN TO REAL
IN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF PREFAB HOMES
MOCHIC offers professional original designing services which are compatible with different building systems. When steel framed, LGS system or modular system is being asked for finishing the project, a further detailed design will be offered. When the design is approved to comply with local code and come to material manufacturing, it is an even detailed manufacturing drawing's turn to perform.
For the convenience and cost-saving of international delivery, we need to think well before designing as delivery might be a difficult thing or it could be easy but at a great cost and lead to budget insufficient.

Talking about International delivery, an original design is usually limited by the size of a shipping container if we want the whole installed home or its modular units to be loaded in. A bulk ship is an option- we don't have to consider the design limitation itself, but the freight of a small batch prefab homes can be very expensive.  So this choice aside, it will be always a good choice to consider back to delivering by regular shipping containers.  But how to solve the size limitation issue?  We can easily think about loading the scattered parts instead of the whole home or its modular units.  Freight can be greatly reduced but it also leads to another issue: the installation work.  There are two main issues to think about under such a solution: 1- the installation will need a lot of complicated on-site work to do. 2- the cost of labor force in most of the developing countries can be very expensive.   The 1st problem can be solved by a very well done designing work which will make every part of the work to be precisely and easily done but it remains a further discussion on the 2nd one.  Now it is a matter of comparing which way cost higher-the freight or the labor, then we choose the lower-costed solution which will make the budget back to feasible!
Let's discuss it when we come to this point and let me know how labor can affect your budget.
